It only answers from what you've approved: your services, prices, hours and policies. Anything it isn't sure about, or anything sensitive, goes straight to your team. You can read every conversation.
Usually, yes. It can work alongside tools like Fresha, Vagaro, Calendly or Google Calendar. If yours isn't supported, it collects the details and your team confirms.
You talk directly to the person building your system, with no account managers in between. That keeps prices lower and changes fast.

No. Everything is done remotely over WhatsApp, calls and screen-share, and I keep to UAE business hours for calls. You never need to be at a computer for setup.
